Make some holiday memories and see for yourself some of MAC's rich annual traditions. There's no need to know a member, but if you do, invite them to join you and add their unique lens to your club-going experience. MAC awaits you!
Holiday Hops & Home Buying
6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9
Join 20s/30s Committee and find out what you need to know about Portland's Real Estate Market. Thinking of buying a home? Worried about the volatility of Portland’s real estate market? Love beer with a holiday twist? Then don’t miss the upcoming Hops and Home Buying event. Join two of Portland’s top 1% agents, Tori Buck and Michael Green, for an informational session followed by a Q&A and social hour. The team will get members up to speed on current market conditions and future projections, walk you through the home buying process, offer guidance on how to safeguard your investment, and share their industry secrets on what it takes to get an offer accepted in today’s seller’s market.
Holiday Ornament Exchange
9 – 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 13
MAC Seniors gather by the fireplace in the Reading Lounge to enjoy a holiday ornament exchange along with coffee and pastries. There is no cost to attend this event, each attendee is asked to bring a new and wrapped ornament in a recommended $5 - $15 price range. Proof of vaccination is required to attend this event.
MAC ZooLights Night
5–9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15
Join fellow MAC members at The Oregon Zoo's highly anticipated holiday ZooLights. MAC members warm their hands and spirits in a private heated tent in Polar Plaza along the ZooLights path. Included in the admission is a hosted drink ticket for adults and hot cocoa and cookies for kids.
Jingle Bell Walk/Run
9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18
Join the most fun and festive holiday 5k fun walk/run around. Start and finish in the MAC Turnaround with a scenic loop in Washington Park. Juniper the Elf will be around after the event to snap pictures with participants. Coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins are provided.
New Year’s Party 21+
8 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31
Ring in 2022 with MAC!
Join fellow members for a 21+ New Year's Eve party hosted by the Social Activities Committee. The event will feature late night snacks, DJ & dancing, a selfie photo station, champagne toast with MAC flute, specialty cocktails with recipes curated by Roni and of course the ball drop. The theme is "Paint the Town Red" so come dressed to impress in red formal attire. There will be a contest for the most creative face mask.
