RegistrationOur meet has begun to fill up. Registration has been closed on the USA Gymnastics website. If you need to make changes or additions you will need to contact email@example.com or call 503-517-7558.
Deposits and final payments with a hard copy of roster is due by Jan.1st, 2018.

Competition Format, Equipment, and AwardsModified Capital Cup for girl's sessions
Modified Capital Cup for boy's optional sessions and Level 4
Traditional Format will be used for boy's Levels 5 and 6
All equipment is AAI Elite
AGE GROUPSBoys level 4 – 6, 7-8, 9-10, 11+
Girls level 3 – evenly distributed into 3 age groups
Boys level 5: 7-8, 9-10, 11+, Boys level 6: 8-9, 10-11, 12+, Boys level 7: 10-11, 12+
Girls level 4 – 8: evenly distributed into 3 age groups
Boys level 8: 11, 12, 13-14, Boys level 9: 13-14, 15-16
Girls level 9 & 10 – junior & senior divided equally
Boys level 10 – ages 15-16; 17-18
Boys JD: 12-14, 15-19
Xcel Sessions - All age groups will be by level and evenly distributed between 2-3 age groups (depending on number of gymnasts)
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS – per sessionLevel 4 boys will receive achievement ribbons and all-around medals
Top 6 places for individual events, per session, per age group, for all levels of girls
Top 10 places for individual all-around, per session, per age group, for all levels of girls
Top 15 places for individual all-around, per session, for boys
Individual event awards for boys will not be awarded at the meet per Oregon men's rules
TEAM AWARDS – per sessionGirls
Levels 2 to 7 are awarded 1st to 5th place; top three scores count
Levels 8 to 10 combined, top eight teams, compete in Team Finals – see below
Levels 4 to 7 are awarded 1st to 5th place; top three scores count

TEAM FINALSGirls and Boys Teams
Top EIGHT Level 8 to 10 teams advance from All-Around sessions, using top three scores from levels 8, 9 and 10 combined. Rules for Team Finals are as follows: five athletes up on each event, three scores count towards the team score. All athletes on a team must compete on at least one event.
